Ugandan Tycoon Gordon Wavamunno’s son Joe Kayima Dies in Bathroom Accident

Joe Wavamunno Kayima, the son of Ugandan tycoon Sir Gordon Wavamunno has died in a bathroom accident at the age of 57.









Kayima, according to close family associates, died in Thailand where he had accompanied a close family member for cancer treatment.







“I am deeply saddened by the unfortunate demise of my Friend Kayima Wavamuno (RIP) of Spear Motors Ltd while in Thailand 🇹🇭 with his family in a bathtub fall,” said Mike Mukula on X on September 14, 2024.




“My deepest condolences go to Prof Gordon Wavamuno and family, Elvis Wavamuno and spear group of companies friends and relatives of the late,” he added.

Kayima was among Wavamunno’s sons who were running their father’s vast business empire including Spear Motors. More update coming.
