UGANDA. African Centre for Media Excellence-ACME has launched Presidential Election Promise Tracker 2026 to promote accountability journalism and civic engagement ahead of the 2026 General Elections. Ugandans will elect the President and Legislators on January 15, 2026, for the 2026-31 term.
