A few days after their stories, they were summoned to the Police which led to their arrest, and they were detained at Central Police Station (CPS) Kampala, until they were produced before a magistrate at Buganda Road Court to take a plea.

They are battling charges of operating without license, instead of defamation. On June 21, 2024, court remanded them until July 9, 2024, but they were brought to court yesterday for their bail consideration. They were further remanded until July 9, 2024.
