“There are some mafias…I hear. The government should follow up on those programs and fight those mafias”.
“I was unable to get people to form an association…I didn’t benefit. I think the government should always give people enough time to use,and refund this money,” a youth.
“It shouldn’t be starting capital, it should be released as support to those who have already started. Some people get that money and they start businesses they don’t know how to manage. We need supervision to ascertain whether the money is doing what it was meant to do,” a woman.

“This money is always swindled by technocrats…it was stolen. We used our ugx300,000 to register, did everything and even got a certificate,but we didn’t receive even a single coin. They used us,” boda boda  rider.
